Terms of use (draft – to be checked by a lawyer)

Brao AS ("Brao") runs a technology platform. Brao connects customers with independent taxi companies, shops and service providers; Brao does not drive or sell itself. The trip is carried out by the taxi company named on your receipt.

Prices

You see the price before you order. Extras such as waiting time, stops, child seats, booking ahead, tolls and traffic-jam time are shown in the price list and on the receipt. A cancellation fee applies after the free minutes once a driver has accepted.

Payment

The price is reserved on your card or Vipps when you order and taken when the trip ends. Tips go to the driver in full.

Behaviour and damage

Treat drivers and cars with respect. If a passenger soils the car, a cleaning fee may be charged after a person at Brao has checked the driver's photos; you can object.

Problems

Report a problem on the receipt within the time shown. A person at Brao decides; credit or refunds are given when the claim is right.

Accounts

One account per person. Brao may stop an account that is used for fraud or breaks these terms.

Law

Norwegian law applies. Consumer rights under Norwegian law are not limited by these terms.
